I must say this is possibly the BEST Dunkin' I've ever been to! THEY HAVE THEIR DRINKS ON A TAP SYSTEM Y'ALL! Flabbergasted in... the best way possible, I'm literally going back just to see the taps again. This is next level, service was top notch andeffective also, definitely going back. 95%of the time they don't get my drink correct. Every time I go I see the same staff and they act as though it's their first day... on the job. Severely understaffed every day with long wait times. I have been going there for almost a year now and finallyleaving a review. I will not visit the South lawn location anymore. Read more

The clean bathrooms at this Dunkin were a good find because I'm on the road all day for my job. The service here is fast and... friendly. Will be coming back soon for sure. Update: The young lady that waited on me today, her name was Nicole, hadoutstanding and phenomenal customer service! Service! Although my hibiscus tea was out of stock, she substituted something elseand I was left very satisfied and fulfilled.
