I ordered zucchini noodles for my entire order (two dishes) and I got regular noodles. I called and explained that we had... already picked up our order and drove 20min home to realize we got the wrong noodles. I also explained that I?m pregnant anddiabetic so i couldn?t eat it. The lady in the phone said she would issue me a refund and hung up on me while I was in themiddle of asking if I would get a confirmation. Two days later I called back and asked for the status of refund and explainedthe story again. She just kept saying ?mmh hmm? with an attitude, I then asked if I could get a gift card instead. She took downmy info and mailing address, it?s been about a month and I still haven?t received anything. Worst customer service. The food is usually pretty decent here when you pick it up hot. That do get busy at lunch but seem to keep up with the orders. I... love the large variety of sodas they have with that newer machine .
