This Subway went Downhill. I a 12" Turkey and got my wife a 6" Italian. Both of us were disappointed. Both our breads were chewy... like it was old and maybe days old. To lazy to take them back so we just tossed them in the trash. Won't be going to that oneagain. The Subway here in Germantown, Maryland off of Great Seneca Highway is 1,000,000 times better. Went to the store to pickup an order. The order couldn't be found. Instead of checking the receipt or trying to work it out,... we were screamed at and put out of the store. Other customers stopped us in the parking lot to tell us how shocked they were atthe unprovoked behavior. Our company regularly orders from this location for classes and meetings. The worst subway in the area. management is rude. And tries to get as much money out of you as possible. He refused to take. My... coupon because it was on my phone which I download it. And the website clearly said turn your phone sideways. So the cashier cansee the whole coupon. Which I showed him the coupon and he said I do not take those coupons because it's not paper. And I trypointing out What the website told me to do. And he still refused To serve me. And started telling me hes the owner and hedoesn't have to take any coupons if he doesn't want too. I'll be reporting him and filing a complain on him to corporatetomorrow when they open. Fast forward a couple hours after eating my sub and I'm dealing with food poisoning. I just left this subway & I must say it's the worst location I've ever been to the lady making the sandwich acted like she... didn't even want to make the sandwich then I had to tell her that she needed to put extra stuff in the sandwich because it was one of there new sandwiches & it seem like she didn't even know how to make it . I asked to use the restroom which was clearlylocked & asked her for a key & she said someone was in there which was a lie because I was in there for almost 40 mins & no oneever came out so really they don't want people using the women's restroom but they have a giant sign on the door that says forpaying customers only so I had to use the men's restroom be for I left .. I will never go back to this location again thesandwich wasn't even good . The location I went to the following day in Germantown was 100 times better & I got the exact samesandwich & there price are higher that the location in Germantown .. So I would NOT recommend this location to anyone !!! Read more
