Would not accept a valid coupon. Would not let me get 1/2 each of two kinds of cheese on the sub. Basically unfriendly. My... opinion this store will close soon. Went about dinner time, no other customers. Received sub that was mostly bread. Read more

My husband and I went to Subway located at 1402 Rockville Pike, Rockville MD today to purchase a sandwich and pay with a gift... card. We had a coupon to buy one and get the second sandwich free. A woman working there was rude to my husband. She stated ifhe was going to pay with gift cards she would not accept a coupon. As I believe gift cards should be considered to be cashequivalents and it was illegal and unprofessional to refuse to accept them.
