This taco bell is either good or really bad, depending on the time you go. Last time I came here at night the employees were... fighting and throwing drinks at each other. But other times I've passed by to get lunch the ladies were really nice and theywork fast so it all depends on the time I guess. Read more
Was enjoying a crunch wrap when I discovered a cut up piece of a rubber glove in my mouth. I returned to the restaurant just to... receive rude comments about how it?s not a big deal. Roberto and Mark were the managers on shift. Worst management andcommunication I?ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant and that?s saying something. I hope this location can find competentworkers. I'm not usually one to leave reviews but feel obligated to speak up this time as my recent experience was not pleasant. I... waited in the drive-through line, placed my order, and waited some more until it was finally my turn at the window. I made itall the way home, sat down to eat, and realized I was given an entirely different order (of lesser value). So, I got back in mycar, drove back to the location, and went inside to get my order corrected. I must have waited at least 25+ minutes before beinghelped as there was a line of people either trying to get THEIR incorrect order fixed or waiting to pick up to-goorders. Finally I speak with someone, showed them my receipt, and they took it to the back along with the incorrect order offood (I assumed to inspect it). Several minutes later they returned with (only) my correct order. While I appreciate themfinally fixing it, the quality of service was severely lacking from start to finish. I don't expect much, but when customersare inconvenienced like this, it's nice to show them you care by either comping part of the meal, letting them keep theincorrect food they were given in addition to fixing it, or by hustling to expedite a resolution to let them know you'reactively trying to make the situation right. As if all this wasn't enough, I finally got a chance to eat my meal over an hourafter my initial visit, and the quality was just NOT there. Some items were "okay", but others were a joke, like the quesadilla,which had almost nothing in it and ended up being a $5.50 tortilla. This was by far the worst experience I've had at thischain, which is unfortunate since this location USED to be decent. I'll probably think twice before returning. Read more
