This has to be the WORST experience I?ve ever had with a store. First of all I was sent a pizza that was not even baked fully.... It?s raw and the dough is still chewy. Secondly I paid for extra cheese and didn?t get that. You can?t even call the storebecause the number goes to customer service line. So, I called customer service and they transfer me to the store and the ownersays to send him a picture of the pizza on his cell phone. I can barely even hear him his phone doesn?t work properly. Hegives me the phone number I send a text and I get no response. We ordered pizzas here for a large birthday party. It was a great experience. Paul the GM went above and beyond helping me with... the orders and setting up the delivery to the venue.
