UNPLEASENTLY SURPRISED, How difficult can it be to take care of customers in a franchise like DD??? Well apparently, FOR THIS... LICATION, is very, very difficult... Here is why: Saturday 12:00noon, the train is due in 7 minutes. There are three clients, methe 2nd and 7 attendants behind the counter. The ONLY ONE, miss attending send the man before me to the ATM, l step on to placemy order, she goes: - sorry l can't take your order before him. (?) - (me), I just need an iced tea. - yes but l have to chargehim first... I waited for the man to come back and he orders half of the store, and nobody (out of the other 6), can take careof me and the new three people in the store...
