I placed an order on 7/14/2022 I received an email confirmation as well as the tracker update that my order was received and in... the oven. My order NEVER arrived. This is the the second time this has happened with no explanation, no phone call from thestore NOTHING. This is highly unacceptable and extremely disappointing. When I realized that my order wasn?t coming I tried toreach out to the store but it was closed. Management or the store needs to do better with communication and let customers knowif their orders want be delivered instead of having the customers waiting on something that?s not coming. Whoever the shift manager is at 2927 Ridge Rd in Rockwall, Tx is an absolutely disgrace to the Pizza Hut brand. Very rude,... withheld name, hung up in my face 3 times all over an $18 order. Hopefully the calls are recorded so they can be reviewed. Sheis a tall Caucasian lady with dark hair and I have never experienced this type of customer service from an establishment, EVER.I'm still mad at that lady. Phillip the real store manager resolved this issue very professionally and I was please that hecontacted me on his off day and understood where I was coming from.
