I like their food here, but they do not have as good of deals as the Subways in Knoxville and Oak Ridge. This Rockwood Subway... did not participate in the deal on the app where you buy 2 footlongs for $5 each. Read more
One of the places where I can eat anything
horrible customer service. wanted to get a mini because i haven't been able to eat much since chemotherapy. I get that you can't... put toppings on it but you should be able to get mustard. won't go back there and won't recommend it to friends and family. Read more
5 stars for the food, however, the employee, Wendy, was very rude and argumentative with me and the customers behind me. She... made a big deal about how the white bread i ordered was actually Italian, even though my daughter ordered white bread and shedidn't say a word about it. Then she argued about when to cut the bread when ordering a 12 inch vs. 6 inch. I will not go inthere if she is working again. Read more
