I did takeout and the burger I ordered without cheese had 2 on it even though the order slip specifically said no cheese.
Went inside to order and while waiting 45 minutes for my order to come out the night manager thought it was funny that an... employee went to the the restroom and returned so quickly that he must?ve not had washed his hands. This then turned into a jokeamongst the manager and employee that he did in fact not wash his hands and went back to work. Every employee inside this placewas borderline brain dead. Food sometimes not hot, but warm. Forget to put extras like BBQ sauce ( after we asked for it while ordering).
I don't know man, it's McDonald's! It's pretty hit and miss with customer service. As a multi-billion dollar corporation it... seems they have taken the "put it out there and the masses will buy it" approach. It's pretty sad what McDonald's has become. Ihave fond memories getting happy meals as a child. Now the happy meal box may be the tastiest thing on the menu. Read more

Around 9:30 11 my wife and I ordered macdonald's thru the app the order was a 20 pc nugget and 2 medium fries and a big Mac meal...
