On December 1st I placed an order that evening for a pizza breadsticks and cinnamon sticks when I received the order my food was... cold I immediately called the store and I talked with the manager who said that I could get another pizza or a refund I told herthat I wanted a refund she said that that could not be issued until she closed out at the end of the night. So I'm thinking I'mgoing to get my refund I called the next day to make sure and the manager did not even come to the phone. I called again onMonday and got the same manager that I spoke with on the 1st and she assured me that she remembered me and that she processedthe refund and that it was on my bank as to the reason why I did not get the credit back in my account, well if she processedthe refund then tell me why was my account charged, if she canceled that order and processed a refund then it wouldn't havenever went through on my end with the bank very disappointed number one there was no professionalism, I could tell and her voicethat she was resisting in the fact of giving me a refund for a very unsatisfactory order I will not be going here anymore I'llgo all the way across town to the other Pizza Hut if necessary Read more
