Went Satur., 11/19/22 shortly after noon. There were not many people there. The 20 minute wait turned into 30 minutes. The... glasses for our water and drinks were dirty. We drank out of to-go cups instead which were clean. It’s been years since ourlast visit and it will be longer before we go back. The staff was limited but our server, she did her best. Read more

My experience was terrible, I felt like I was singled out the server was good but at the end the manager on duty was not good. I... have never been to a restaurant and had manager write in my tip. The food was good once we got it. The service was worse than awful! Among other things the order was wrong, we got appetizers... with no drinks, had to ask for EVERYTHING!! Took so long for my granddaughter to get ketchup her steak got cold and had to berecooked. Had to get up several times to get another server to get our food, drinks, biscuits, silverware, etc. Manager was verynice and gave us a discount but with what we went through it wasn’t enough. Our meal was great at Rocky Mount!! A few months back we had a really bad food experience at the one in Raliegh, so we were... hesitant. But we had a gift card so we decided to give Rocky Mount a try. The food and the service did not disappoint in anyway!! Rocky Mount will be our go to Red Lobster from now on. Read more
