I ordered Country Style Pad Thai for dine in. The food was edible but not great. I can live with that as everyone makes their... pad thai sauce differently even in Thailand when I trained there back in the day. The problem is the service. The server ladyhas extremely POOR customer service skills. I wish I didn?t tip her when I was charged before I even ate my food IN THERESTAURANT. I had to BUY water instead of being on tap, I had to throw away my plate and plasticware, food was served on a to gocontainer, and she never even checked up on me if I needed anything else. Ordered take out for my daughter and myself. Got it home, took two bites and threw it all out. The pad Thai was drowning in a... really sweet, almost syrupy sauce. The shrimp was cooked to the point of nearly being crunchy. The sauce for the summer rollswas like a paste. Absolutely awful. Read more
First of all, website does not say they are take out only now. Strike one. Very expensive for small portions and food was not... very good. Strike two. Chicken was rubbery and dry. Girl at the front desk was not friendly. Strike three. When we decided toeat out front on their patio she told us where the dumpster was in the back so we could throw out our trash ourselves. And thento top it all off, the bubbles in the bubble tea were hard and inedible. Will not be going back. Save your money, go to ThaiSpice in Westlake which is less expensive and waaaay better.
