Everything was wonderful. I don't eat chicken fingers, but I did bite into one & was shocked by the watering favors. We even got... two T-shirts of Cane the pup. Read more

This place is amazing. The people at the counter were friendly, service was quick, and the music was good (80s music).

I ordered The Box Combo for take out which comes with four chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw and a regular fountain... drink. This was my first experience eating Raising Cane's and the chicken strips were perfectly fried and juicy. The Cane'ssauce was delicious but I also recommend you ask for some hot sauce to spice things up a bit. The price was reasonableconsidering the amount of food you get it came to just under $11. I love canes. Ok I really like the chicken and sweet tea and bread. It?s pretty much all they have. It?s so good though right?... Every time I come here the fries are either soggy or crispy- there?s no in between. Same goes for the chicken. But I still liketo come here the food is delicious and it fills me up. So when I decided to come here for lunch it was no doubt that the foodtoday was going to be either soggy or crispy. I was fine with it. I get home, open my box. The Bread was a little more crispythat usual but it was fine I didn?t care. So I?m sitting at my table, ok, eating my food. I feel something in my mouth. Ithought it was a piece of fuzz. No, no, no. It was certainly not a piece of fuzz. It was a long black piece of hair. My hair wastied back into a pony tail. I checked my clothes to see it it was mine. But there was no way. I was disgusted, disappointed anddissatisfied with my food. I placed the long black piece of hair on to the table and I kept eating. I had to. Right? I mean whenyour spending $10 on a box of 4 soggy or crispy chicken tenders, and soggy or crispy fries you feel like you owe it to yourselfto keep eating it. My food today was tasteful, but it was not worth the price. I have worked in the food service and Iunderstand that these things happen from time to time. I am not angry with my order today, because I understand that working inthe food industry is not for the weak. But I would like Rocky River Canes to improve the quality of their chicken, fries, andbread. Because fast food should not only be worth the time, but it should be worth the price (especially if you?re paying$10) PS- please take your time with brushing your hair and putting it back. Because neither of us want a long black piece ofhair to end up in our mouths. Read more
