I had Sakana for the first time with two of my girlfriends on Friday night as take out! It was so good that I came back today... for a second round and got to dine in and see the beautiful restaurant!! Absolutely delicious sushi. In search for a New Sushi Bar we recommend Sakana Sushi Bar and Lounge! Sushi here was some of the best I've had in a while! We... had a few of the House Specialty Rolls including: Popcorn Lobster Roll, Yum Yum Roll, and Cabo Roll! There were SO MANY morerolls to choice from we will have to come back for more! Location on Rocky River was good and easy to get to. Restaurant itselfwas clean, and good size. There was a Bar to sit at and drink, eat and watch TV. Clean on the inside and staff wasnice. I went here earlier for lunch with a friend and the sushi was so incredible! I saw that along with regular sushi, they had a... very extensive vegan menu and I was super excited to try both options. I went with the firecracker vegan roll and the hulk rollwith salmon. I can’t remember which sushi my friend had, but it was equally good. The drink menu is awesome and I can’tremember the name but it had strawberry boba. Our server was so nice and attentive! Sakana is by far our family’s favorite restaurant. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious and my kids... love their chopstick “cheaters”. My husband and I had been interested in checking out Sakana for a while now and yesterday we finally had the chance to! Our... server Amanda was truly wonderful. She had an upbeat, positive attitude and was knowledgeable about the menu—you can tell thatshe truly enjoys working there! My husband and I decided to each start off with their 12oz Hot Sake , dumplings andoysters—all of which were phenomenal. We’re typically really big on Sashimi but with the cold weather we decided to trytheir entrees. I ordered the Pao Krapow and he tried the Duck, both of these were hands down some of the best meals we’ve hadfrom a Sushi Bar! We ended the meal with a slice of their pumpkin cheesecake and green tea ice cream. The only thing I wish isthat they had an espresso machine but Amanda was so kind as to accommodate us with cups of coffee! If you’re in the area, Iwould definitely recommend visiting and BONUS they do a happy hour menu all day on Sundays! Read more
