Ask for a cold brew coffee with no ice gotta coffee with ice ask for a remake guy at the counter said no he was just gonna take... the ice out sorry I don't want water down coffee ask for refund guys as I have to talk to customer service I asked to talk tohis manager he went and got a non manager employee she managed to issue my refund without making me go and deal with customerservice by myself however I did not ask for random employee I asked for a manager I did not ask him to take out the ice I askedfor remake I did not ask for water down coffee I asked for no ice I will not be back to this location Read more
I really like the baristas here. They're very friendly and always make consistently great coffee. This Starbucks doesn't have... all the features of the stand alone stores, but it's worth it to be able to get coffee while I grocery shop. Read more

Absolutely the worst starbucks in the Kansas City area. Untrained staff, poor customer service. The two girls working there... should be fired immediately. I go to starbucks daily and only stop by this one because they are close to where I work but Irefuse to go to this one anymore and waist my hard earned money.
