Never have had a complaint about their service BUT today we placed a pick up order and their system is completely inefficient.... Our order sat on a tray/cart behind the counter for 20 minutes and when we asked about it, they said it wasn?t ready. When wefinally reached for the items on the cart to look at names, it was ours. Drive-thru with 9 cars would?ve been faster thanplacing a pick up order. Read more

This is the best Starbucks in Rogers if you ask me! They have never been out of product when I am there, (vs. a few of the... other stores) and when I had questions this morning at 6:30AM, Kate was working register and she was so sweet and patient withme while I asked questions about how mobile orders worked and finding healthier alternatives to some of the drinks.
