Only reason they got a star is because It wouldn?t let me not put a star. Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Trash... everywhere in lobby and kitchen. Tables sticky and covered in food. No condiments or napkins. Food took 45 minutes to get to me.Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Terrible. Read more

Was going to Dine in but they closed the dining area. Had already mobile ordered so we went through the drive through, took it... home, and ate our soggy tacos that would have been crunchy had we been able to eat inside. Closing dining rooms in the middleof the day just doesn't make sense. Read more
I am a regular Taco Bell customer, but this is the first time stopping at this location. I was on my way home from appointments... and had an hour drive. I stopped here to use the restroom (I know) and inquired if I could purchase a large cup of ice as Ialready had an iced tea in the car. The young man waiting on me was very polite and insisted there was no charge. I found therestaurant and restroom to be in excellent condition. I will definitely return to this location (for food as well) on my nexttrip to Rogers. Read more

This place is the closest one to my house and I drive to Pinnacle instead. More than once I have sat in line for over half an... hour just to be told that they are out of most of everything. How does a taco bell run out of beans? Once I was told that themanager didn't feel good so I could come back later? They regularly turn the lights off so people will think they are closed(they bragged about it to me through the window). Not sure but I think they are trying to fail. Read more
