TCBY is a fun place to visit, but is pricey for what they are offering. The toppings bar is no longer self service, but the... machines are. The quality is what you would expect from something like this. Dinning inside was cramped and I don't see thisbecoming a regular place to visit. Read more

We have not had TCBY in probably 25 years, went through the drive thru tonight and picked up their strawberry and blackberry... (with fresh blackberries and strawberries on top) YUM!!! Excellent customer service as well! We will be back (probably morethan we should) :). Read more

Only giving a 2 because the frozen yogurt is good, but the customer service is garbage. I haven?t been to a TCBY in years but I... was shocked how pricey it is. I wasn?t aware we served our own yogurt but didn?t serve our own toppings. I asked one of thegirls up front if I serve them myself and she rudely points at the sign instead of just using actual words to communicate withme.
