You can't pay with a card in the drive thru, so I went inside to order. 1 employee was working the drive thru, and 1 employee... was getting the orders together and bagged. Both employees looked at me when I walked in, but no one spoke. I stood there atleast 5 mins and They never even looked back toward me until someone who was eating at an outside table walked back in, and thenthe young man who was getting orders ready immediately spoke to me and walked over to take my order. I placed my order and satdown to wait on it. The food was delicious ? I guess my opinion would be this. 1st of all, fix the card reader at the drivethru because it has been messed up 3 days that I know of. 2nd- If you don't have anyone to take orders inside, then let thecashier working the drive thru use 1 of the registers to ring up orders so customers can pay with their card. 3rd- If I hadbeen the worker, I would've at least spoken to the customer and let them know I would be with them as soon as I could, and thenapologized for such a long wait and thanked them for being patient. Grilled cheese burrito is great! Clean restaurant. Dine-in is self-service ordering kiosk. A little inconvenient, but... understandable with staff shortages. Several drink flavor choices were out... disappointing. But food tasted good. Read more
