This is literally one of the worst McDonald's I've been too. The managers are absolutely horrible and the turn over rate is sky... high. If that were my store as GM or CM I would feel ashamed at how low the standards are kept. The food is never made right andthe attitude from most of the employees not all but most is just mind blowing. While the manager does nothing about the qualityof service. Because they are the only McDonald's in this area they seem to go above and beyond to make everyone regret it. Read more
Got my drive through order wrong, went in, got another attempt at getting my order right. The 1st shift manager verbally... confirmed the order and she said it correctly so I got in my vehicle and parked to eat. Then realized the order was still notright. Went back in and just got condiments and was just going to make it work. Talked to the 2nd shift manager and she told meto come back the next day and she would feed me. Not sure why they couldn't get it right after 3 tries (3rd try was being toldto come back the next day). I think I'm going to start eating at burger king. I know you can't really expect much from McDonald's but I pulled up at the drive-thru behind a car and when he pulled off I... pulled up to the speaker and a car pulled up behind me and we waited for what seemed like forever. So then another car pulls upat the other drive-thru and they take his order. So I think the one I picked must be broken so I pull over behind the other sideand when he pulls off the car that was behind me in the other side pulls up to where I was and they proceeded to talk to themand still not talk to me and then a few more minutes past and they finally talked to me at the second drive-thru and then had anattitude with me like I was lying about how long I was there and what had happened because they said they take orders in theorder they pull up while I watch three cars go around me.....
