I LOVE The Habit. The burgers and fries and especially fried green beans yum for real. And of course top it off with a vanilla... shake your good to go. They are fast everything's always perfect and I just love it thank you the habit for feeding my meatfrenzy ...yum! Read more
Staff was extremely RUDE! Me and my two friends were told we were the last order. I took my order and proceed to get my soda... when I was done. The cashier then tell my friends that were right next to me that they cannot order because she was only taking1 order before close. She didn't explain herself that we had to order all on one tab and we were under the impression that wewere all the last customers. The manager was extremely RUDE and SNATCHED the receipt from me and would not listen to myexplanation of why they were wrong. I got my refund and spent my money elsewhere. As the manager snatched my receipt an employeelaughed. This is unprofessional and I would suggest the night crew get customer service training. I will never spend my moneyat this location again. Monday, 8/23/2021, ~12:40pm I wish the lady taking the order doesn?t hate people or hate her job. I stood there for a bit... while she walked around and had her back turned even though she saw me there waiting. I don?t expect her to be friendly butwould it kill her to be professional or civil? Soda is down. No drink of any kind except for tea. Not even water. Food isokay but my interaction with the cashier left me annoyed that I couldn?t enjoy the food. Doesn?t make me want to go back.
