I was really shocked today when I ordered a bacon egg and cheese wrap. I opened it up and it was like 90% tortilla. The saddest... wrap I have ever got from this dunkin. It is definitely not worth the 2 dollars or however much it is. It's not even worth toeat it. Ripped off the extra tortilla and it was barley 2 bites. Disappointed in this dunkin trip. Update for today. Thisdunkin is going down hill. My order again was incorrect. The person at the window has zero personality at all. There was maybe 5cars in line and I waited 30 minutes to order and revieve my food which agin was wrong. Why do I keep going to this place. Sodisappointed, management needs to step up thier game and get better workers. They have tickets that print out with every orderwhy is that so difficult to understand. Read more
I went to this location because the other one from rolling meadows was awful and i?m disappointed that this one is awful too!! I... ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the egg was frozen still and it wasn?t cooked fully. I also ordered a cappuccino and not onlydid it look like water it tasted like water. On top of that I ordered hash browns and they were burnt! I am so disappointed inthe female worker who served me. The receipt said Daniela. I brought the guy's from the group home where I work here for an outing. There was 1 person behind the counter and 1 person... waiting for food inside (possibly another worker). After waiting 10 minutes at the counter for service, we left. Very poorcustomer service. Not only did they lose 8 individual orders tonight, they have lost our future business (I happen to own acondo in the complex next door). Their worker(s) need more training! I am sure we are not the only one's that have walked outbecause of poor service. Read more
I am not surprised that so many people made bad reviews, I live 2 min away and been so glad to have a Dunking close by but the... service here is horrible. They stop serving at 7 threw away all the donuts at this time I was trying to get one for my son eventhough is says closes at 9 and they said we don?t have any we threw them away already, are extremely rude to people! I didn?t get to order due to the fact that no one took my order literally 9:37am no one in drive through nor is there anyone... dining in. I waited at the speaker for a good two minutes waiting for the young lady standing at the window to take my order.All she did was stand at the window looking at me. And then I pulled up to the window she decides she wants to walk away. I callto see what?s going and they tell me they are busy yet I?m in the parking where there are NO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE NOR INSIDE.
