Couldn't sit at a booth because they wouldn't clean them off. 6 dirty booths, and another one an employee was eating at. I know... they have to eat too, but that's unprofessional when you know most customers prefer booths. They called my server 3 times topick up my food and he just kept saying "one second" so someone else brought my food. And then the way it was presented wasterrible, but tasted okay. Read more
We were seated right away! Greeted right away! And the service was Amazing!!

I?ve never had an issue with this ihop until today. Our server was wonderful and she was juggling a lot of tables. The kitchen... however?? Not great. The entire half of the restaurant we were seated on was filled with tables waiting on their food for anhour. I?m not one to complain about wait times, and I never will. It takes how ever long it takes, right? Once we got the foodit was bland and dry. We didn?t even finish our food it was so bad. I didn?t want to mention anything to our kind waitressbecause she was doing the best she could and I knew it wasn?t her fault. I hope maybe this was just a bad day.
