You can call it pricey, but if you consider the fresh, quality ingredients and size of the sandwich, it's worth the price. Whole... better value than that green and yellow chain that is always out of everything. This location is always very clean including therestrooms. The employees are generally very nice and listen to what you order. Check out the Red Pepper Sauce. It's great oneverything. I wished they sold it to take home. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. Walked into location, 2 employees behind the counter no one spoke or even said hello or... even acknowledged my son and I.1 was on the grill the other slicing lettuce. We stood in line about 3 to 4 mins. When the grillemployee finally turns around and ask do we know what we want to order. And took our order. I was actually somewhat pleased whenthree other people came in as 2 other groups and they weren't acknowledged or spoken to as well so at least it wasn't raciallymotivated they were just absolutely terrible at their job. Not remotely personable. And appeared to be generally annoyed people came in another employee came in dressed in the dining room. My sandwiches were made no one asked if I wanted additionaltoppings at all, which I did but at this point I was completely turned off by this experience. Never saw a manager. This was on11/01/22. At 4:30 to 4:55 If anyone from management cares to address the situation. I see why now they didnt have any othercustomers there. Absolutely terrible customer service. If I was the owner or manager of this location I'd be embarrassed bt the lack of... interaction with customers the people occuping the space behind the counter (can't call then workers because they weren't doingthat!). If you look at the picture, see these two women well if you do decide to go there and they're there I can promise youwill receive piss poor customer service. They wrapped our sandwiches and slid them across the counter without even giving usthe opportunity to add anything to them. The owner needs to clean house if you know what I mean! Read more
