Menu for China Inn in Rome, NY

Awful. I should have known when we walked in and the cashier (not waitress) looked at us like we were aliens. Finally she asked... what we wanted and I said we wanted to eat. She just stared again. I asked if we could sit down. "...yeah but you have to orderfirst." I realize lots of Chinese restaurants are mostly take out, but they have an eat-in section, so it shouldn't have beenthat out of the ordinary. When she did bring our food, she did not bring any condiments or napkins. We had to get up to get themourselves. The food was sort of decent, if you can overlook the Szechuan tasting like sweet and sour, and the piece of chickenthat I finally had to spit in my napkin because it was so gristly. Just don't use the bathrooms. My teenage boys' bathroom isten times cleaner, and it has toilet paper, which this one didn't. Don't waste your time or money. Read more

Pretty good not amazing and the staff was nice

This place absolutely sucks in every aspect that a food service industry could suck! Customer service was extremely poor, the... delivery was mind blowin how rude the delivery lady was once she finally arrived 57 minutes later, and she gave me incorrectchange back. Food was good . They were fast and straight forward. Clean environment for the most part and most importantly prices were very... reasonable and food was hot. I recommend eating from this establishment if you want fast, hot , tasty food. Paid $17.84 for twocombination platters. Not too bad Read more
