Well rounded beers. Crisp IPA's and a good Apricot Ale. Nice atmosphere. Good food truck out front. Try the Mac n Cheese with... pulled pork. Nothing but to like, almost love. Read more
Totally biased review, but accurate. I live in Seattle, but enjoy visiting many breweries everywhere and have to point out that... CCBC has great beer and great people along with live music and a chill environment. Three very tasty beers on this visit(Oktoberfest, Black River Brown and Black Hat Stout) were very tasty and balanced. Great bartenders and good conversation withfellow patrons while live music played on. This is also a Harvest Host site so definitely add this impressive stop to yourtravels if in upstate NY. First time here and will DEFINITELY be back! Great beer and wonderful spot to stop on our way to camp for our 2 dogs, fully... fenced in patio where they could go off leash & enjoy a drink too! Bartender was great and very welcoming. Read more
The brews here are pretty awesome but the real showstopper is the frosé/slushie. Perfect tasting summer drink to get you... buzzed. 5 out of 5 men in my group got it - I'm the only one who didn't and I regret that! Read more
