Same day delivery means they will deliver it at the end of the day. Dont hold your breath. I specifically put a name to be... delivered to, as the order requirement. They don't tell you they just drop orders off at Rome Hospital and pray the person itsgoing to gets it. Delivery picture was just a shelf, no product etc. Recipient did not receive product. When I filed a disputewith my bank as everyone should do. The manager Nick complained that I just gave him a ton of paperwork and created a hassle forhim. Sorry, honestly is the best policy.
