Tried to order through the drive thru, I got an Italian BMT with dressing, onions, peppers, and lettuce. We got to the drive... thru window, and the lady was nice. However, when we received our orders, my sub came with just meat and cheese, no dressingand no toppings. My boyfriend ordered a sandwich as well, and he was able to get toppings on his but said it tasted like therewas oil or vinegar on it when he only requested ranch. I don?t know how he was able to get toppings and sauce, but mine wasn?t.With the amount of time we waited, it would of been possible, but just poor service I guess. It was not busy. Such a horrid experience I?m writing a review about it. My sandwich literally had 3 strips of lettuce, 1 slice of cucumber and 2... slices of ham across a 12? cc combo. I?m not even exaggerating, I wish I had taken a picture. My wife?s veggie sub was mostlyranch and bread, luckily she only had to suffer through half of it because when she pulled it out of the bag half of it fell outthrough the incorrectly folded paper wrapping and onto the floor. So I went through the drive thru and when I got my total at the screen it said $17.49 but when I got to the window the team... member at subway told me my Total was $20.44, so there?s a start, she was nice however the sub took about 10 minutes sitting atthe drive thru window to make also they forgot my dressing, and extra cheese, not going to be going back the sub was tasty but Ipaid too much for poor service. I mean how do you forget the dressing!! And I?m not even sure my total was correct. Again thoughthe team member was nice. Read more
