Went through the drive through and all the kids working there were hanging out talking at the drive through window. So disorganized and slow! Went through the drive thru and was told that I had to enter to place my order. There are only two... self serve kiosk machines and they said that I had to wait to use them. After fumbling with the machine (because I'm not trainedto work this thing and I don't work here) it took me over five minutes to order a taco box. Then I had to wait over 5 minutes(so far because I'm actually still here and waiting) for my order. As I waited one customer complained that they messed up hisorder. Two customers that showed after me already received theirs... not sure what's going on back there. All I hear is hip hopmusic going along with terrible singing from one of the employees. So they just handed me my order and somehow got the namewrong. They were calling for "Matt" but I'm not sure how that got messed up since I'm the one that placing the order and myself.So yeah 15 minutes later I finally got my food. Read more
