My husband went to pick up my pizza around 9:20/9:30 PM last night. We selected pick up purposely because we knew they were... going to be closing at 10. Initially they gave him someone else?s order so he had to turn around and drive back. Then theyattempt to re-make my pizza and STILL it was wrong. By the time I realized and tried to call again, they were closed. Iunderstand we ordered close to closing but there?s just no excuse for giving us the wrong pizza not once, but twice. Read more
Pizza Hut was dark and the tables were not cleaned, staff had no masks. Their uniforms were so filthy covered with grease and... food stains - those aprons were weeks old dirty. Stuff was piled all over in boxes and on tables. Why don't they clean up andprepare for when the stores reopen? They were only taking call in orders. Love our hometown pizza hut! Attentive, food is always on point and they are so friendly. Been my go to for pizza for years.
Everything was absolutely delicious!! The sauce was definitely on point with this order. I also appreciated them having a backup... pop for me. I had missed their original call to ask me what else I would like instead of Dr.Pepper. I was unable to get to thephone but they brought out 2 choices instead of waiting for a call back. They made a great decision! I know they could of justas easily refunded it but instead found a happy solution for me! Read more

Ordered my pizzas and asked for green olives and black olives. Ordered a spicy pepperoni along with a side of anchovies and 4... sides of marinara sauce for 3 large pizzas. Once home they have no green olives and no anchovies. Called in and said theydidn't offer any of those options, why would they say they can do it and put it on my order and then no actually have it? Themanager Earl there did not offer any help and said he can remake the pizzas the wrong way again and not refund it. Pretty surethey are going to spit in my new wrong pizzas. Read more
