went to get a few blizzards there?s speaker and microphone at the drive up menu is so old you have to yell to be heard and you... cannot actually hear them even if they could hear they can?t seem to do their jobs correctly when you speak with the manager shehas no clue why her employees are doing what they?re doing this restaurant is a joke. I don't know how you could be upset about getting Dairy Queen, it's great! To be fair I don't eat out a lot, but I always get... excited when I get a Blizzard. The Blizzard(s) were great (got my dad a cherry one), and the person behind the counter at thedrive thru, with the awesome smile and earrings, that got really excited when I got really excited about my Blizzards was thebest! Would totally recommend coming here for your ice cream needs. Thanks again! Read more
Don't do a lot of reviews but this place is just sad. Its like it's ran by children, & not even smart ones. It's dirty and full... of flies, cold food, and the employees couldn't get an order correct if it was only 1 item. How there's good reviews for thisplace, is beyond me. Read more
Clean and modern dining area, friendly enough service staff for fast food, and good adherence to the DQ quality standards. But... something strange: Although there's a sign by the door, "Skip the line, order online", I walked straight to the order counterwith no line, and had my meal in just five minutes. But my friends who were with me at the time took the sign's advice, orderedonline, and then waited 20 minutes for their food, even after repeatedly going to the order counter to inquire about theirorder. I'd love to give you a five-star rating, DQ Roseburg, but do something about your horrible online order process! Read more
