This place has become a complete joke. I ordered 2 mini ice cream an a small slushy. I did this on the app at 6:48pm and after... waiting 20 mins and the screen claiming that darcy was on her way with my order. I pressed the button and asked what was goingon. After another 10 minutes i was finally given my order and told that there was only 3 people working on a Thursday night. I never leave bad reviews, I know everyone says that but I try to make the best of every situation. Today at 5:30 ish I was on... my lunch break and decided to head to Sonic because it was close to my work and convenient. I expected it to take a little whilebecause of 5 o?clock rush. I did not expect to wait my entire 30 minute lunch break waiting in line and then when I get to thewindow they don?t even have my order in the system (let alone ready). People get fast food because it is FAST and convenient,not for it to take half an hour to realize your order wasn?t even taken. I waited 5 mins at the speaker after they told me itwould be just a second, then the guy on the other end said he was ready and I ordered, I saw my order on the screen?
