The last few times I have picked up an online order, they have been out of something or the food is not ready and I have had to... ask if they're out of avocado which is an item on one of the sandwiches, and they tell me they don't pay attention to theingredients, that they make it how they think it should be.....if the sandwich automatically comes with a certain cheese oravocado then include it in the order...don't tell me when I pick up my food that you're out of this or that, pick up the phoneand ask if we want a substitution instead of assuming.
