Very very poor customer service. I ordered the chicken kabob wrap for a kids meal and I said I didn't want it spicy. It took... them 30 minutes to fix my food. I came to get it I tasted it and it was very spicy I took it back and the guy who runs thecounter started to argue with me and said that they don't make any food non-spicy. I told him I had talked with the cook and thegirl who was originally at the front desk. I asked could I get it remade he said no. Plus The chicken was supposed to be chunksof chicken instead it was minced meat. I told him I wanted a refund. He goes in the kitchen and fusses at everybody in thekitchen and then tells me no one in the kitchen should be talking to me. I told him just give me my refund at this point I wastotally disgusted. I was told the food was good here well because of customer service I won't know and I will never come back orrecommend this place. Read more

I love this place. I've been ordering from here for a while. My husband loves their gyro platter and I am hooked on their... chicken Kabab platter. The food here is great!! I had no idea how fresh their kababs would be...we reluctantly ordered family platter B, it was fresh... and delicious. The decor is dated, they have no wait staff, hence i had very low hopes from the food. But it was quite thopposite. Not only was the food fresh but it also delivered on taste and quantity. We have had terrible experience with plattersbefore, but this one was an exception. Read more
