They are back up and running and I could not be happier. Had the first Galeti of the spring and it was PERFECT.

I go to this Rita?s often after work, I get the same thing every time I come. Recently they over charged me for my ice cream &... now the manager don?t want to give me a refund & trying to say someone else used my card like I wasn?t the only person in there. I get a small Sunday which is $5.34 I?m not understanding why they charged me $22 . Instead of just apologizing for themistake and issuing the refund difference the lady is very rude . I just want to know has management changed for this establishment. Usually this was my go to Rita's spot. Yesterday I went in... this establishment which was being operated by two young ladies at the time. The one who took my order couldn't seem to get myorder correct and preceded to give me attitude. I'm guessing she was overwhelmed by me telling her it was wrong. However, I'mnot here to make any excuses for anyone. I got 4 mistos which were still wrong upon leaving. I just didn't want to cause ascene. I also asked for all of them to have whipped cream. The first girl just walked away and started dealing with anothercustomer...
