Had a lovely little breakfast here with the family on vacation. The food and service were both excellent, and they were very... accommodating with my son?s dairy allergy. I had the French toast, my husband had the avocado toast, and my sister had anomelet, and all were great! Great location, just steps from the beach. Ordered this to go one day for lunch on the beach with the misses, I?m a burger freak when I go out of town, and this one was... top notch. Perfect temperature and great flavor. Expect to pay more than you expect for mediocre food. I ordered to-go and was shocked to see gratuity included. What service did... I receive for a take-out order that would deserve a 15% tip? When I asked them about it, they said this is standard. We?llthat?s a lie. The 20% included for parties of 6 or more is usually only at upscale restaurants, but it?s somewhat common. The 4%credit card surcharge is stingy, but understandable (plus they have a thoughtful explanation). The to-go included gratuity isjust inconsiderate to customers. The food was ok. Burger and fries were average, shrimp in salad was too salty and gingersesame dressing was bland. Chicken sandwich wasn?t bad. The rest of the order I didn?t get to try, but none of my friends saidtheir food was particularly good. I appreciate the charming story about this being the first restaurant in Rosemary Beach and Ido like to support local businesses.
