Haven't been here for a long time and they changed for the best. The food still delicious and the prices remain good compared to... other places. They have a great variety and the lobster noodle was only $30. Since covid, we understand a lot of places areunder staff, and this was no different. It did take a while for food to come and to get water refill, but no complains. Wheneveryou are in the area and feel like eating dim sum, this is the place. We went at 11am and got table right away. Damn covid, you made every dim sum place remove hot carts, which honestly is my favorite part of the experience since... childhood. However, 888 never disappoints with still maintaining hot metal plates coming with all your traditionalgreats....but now it comes all at once since you need to order off picture menu. Service is still good and their are attentiveand proper spacious room between tables. Brought plenty leftovers for home...so yummy so pace yourself as you order, you willget more. Read more
This place has improved in food and service since I was here few years ago. Despite the pandemic, 888 seafood restaurant is... providing amazing food and excellent service to their customers. We were here for a birthday celebration for a friend. I wassurprised to be met with such pleasant greetings when We walked in the door. Once we were seated with the birthday parties,immediately the waitress brought out teas and different drinks for the guests. Once the birthday speeches were done by therelatives, the first course of a 10 course meal was served promptly. The foods were surprisingly delicious as I didn’t havemuch expectation because of my past experiences with this restaurant. I really like the lobster dish as this dish was full offlavor and the lobster was cooked to perfection rendering tender and juicy meat. The taro pudding dessert was also fabulous. Ihaven’t had this chowzhou dessert since my trip to Fuzhou province in China 10 years ago. Everything was fantastic for theevening. We had a lot of fun and chatting with old friends and family.
