Ordered a few times and always take extremely long. This is the second time I ordered curbside and waiting for ten minutes,... finally called and it just kept ringing. No one answered. I ordered curbside as of having kids in the car it was difficult toget them out. Finally had to unload and go in there. I don't eat sandwiches normally but we were in a hurry and decided to stop here for one and be on our way. We walk in the door... and the kid behind the counter says its over 30 minutes for a sandwich I thought Jimmy Johns was supposed to be fast? 30minutes for a cold sandwich on some bread? I would be looking for a new manager so a business can actually run efficiently.Needless to say Jimmy Johns pretty much lost my business as there is better food for the same price and much faster. Waited 30 min to call the store after my app said it was out for delivery and they said it just left and was on the way. Then I... waited another 30 min and I went over there cause it?s a couple blocks away and my order was still sitting there. Read more
I waited over an hour for a pick up order for two sandwiches. People who just walked in and ordered received their order within... 5-10 minutes. That is not fair to the people that order in advance. Also, one of the employees was yelling and swearing in theback room. Something needs to be done to make the weekend experience better for both the employees and the customer. Read more
