Ordered two pizzas for delivery, got them tossed in the boxed so ruined pizzas. Called store to fix it and they sent me to three... different people at store then manager who told me to call 800 number where I sat on hold forever when they could have justfixed pizza and had us pick up new pizzas. The online app was not working so I called to place my order. The person who answered said he couldn?t hear me so I repeated... what I wanted, then he passed the phone to someone else. I ordered half sausage half cheese and she said pepperoni and I said nohalf sausage half cheese. Two orders of crazy bread and sauce and one order of bbq wings. Called to see if I could place and order over the phone and pick it up rather than order on line. (Saturday, June 25th - early... evening) Haley answered and said she would be happy to take my order over the phone. She was so pleasant and cheerful! Went topick up my pizza, Haley peeked out from around the corner and said she would be right out with my pizza. She was, and with a bigsmile on her face! Pizza was nice and hot, and yummy!! Ordered 1 cheese pizza, 2 crazy bread & 1 stuffed crazy bread. The crazy breads were made fresh, however they had a cheese ready... so we took that. We opened the box to start eating and the pizza was lukewarm at best. Crust was tough & the cheese tastedbland and cool. It honestly looks like it sat out for a couple hours and went back into the warmer. Very disappointed to say theleast! The ONLY reason it's 2/5 is because the young man who helped us (wish I remembered the name) was wonderful! Very nice &professional!
