Got takeout and all I can say is I am underwhelmed. Usually Noodles is a decent place. This... not so good. Wife ordered the Pad... Thai. lacked enough sauce and said it was sweet. No spice at all, which seems normal for Minnesota. I decided to get the SpicyKorean Beef Noodles. LOL Spicy, right. Mine had enough sauce but it was just blah. I usually like the Japanese Pan Noodles somaybe those will be better. We also got some rice krispy treats. Disappointing. They need to use more marshmallow stuff. A biton the dry side... My fiancés bowl was only half way filled, I don?t know if this is just what they do to make more money but filling up a regular... the same as a small and just having them in two different bowls but I?ve never seen it like this before. Opened up my noodlesand they were dry and almost at the fully hardening staged. I?ve made noodles at home that lasted a couple hours beforehardening so not sure what was up with these. Apparently when they're short staffed they only accept online orders.. Weird because most places stop accepting online orders... instead of only accepting online orders when they're short staffed. As a server most of my money on hand is cash from tips. Icould've sat down and ordered online which would've taken more time than if they would've just let me order... Counted at least4 employees. Went to Apple Vally N&C. Also 4 workers (I asked) had no issue making me a side Caesar salad.. The only thing Iwanted. Not to mention the 4 workers I counted at this location were all standing there doing nothing. Never apologized for onlytaking online orders. Very bluntly and rudely said "We're only accepting online orders." As soon as I walked in. I said "Ohwhy?" To which I got the response of "We're short staffed" in a rude tone as if its my fault their too short staffed. Definitelydriving the extra 5 miles to the one in Apple Valley and would recommend everyone do the same. Ordered a few weeks ago, thought I was getting the brisket Mac, and got chicken Mac and cheese. It's odd that it was... discontinued and they subd chicken instead of steak and didn't say anything. But I called and the manager said Id get a couponor something maybe.... Well as maury once said, that was a lie. Beware customers. Brought my son (7) here on a day off from school. He had the Wisconsin Mac and is in love with it and his slightly older sister... wants to go.
