Huge Salata fan, and this location is up to the standard. It does seem their condiment, drink, and utensil area is always in a... state of flux or slight disrepair, but that could easily be due to inconsiderate customers. First of all, staff were incredible and friendly. The salad was one of the best I have ever had. They have so many mix ins you... can make the salad you really want. Management reached out regarding my... complaint and advised they are working on training to correct this scarcity issue and also to work on consistency. This place charges you full price and then gives you pinches of vegetables. I thought it was an isolated event and gave them... another chance, it?s the same issue! Don?t waste your time at this location it?s a rip off! I frequent Salatas in Cypress allthe time and NEVER go through this. They give you what you pay for. In contrast, this location must train their employees tocheat the customers on their portion sizes. If I?m paying close to twenty dollars for a wrap or salad, I want my moneys worth! Read more

It is the "Subway of salads" it is a great veriety and it tastes very ok. You can get any salad they serve at any restaurant... that has salads. My service was terrible but that could just be 1 person having a bad day. The worse part of it is for amediocre salad with no drink it will run you about $15.00 easily. Read more
