We came here this weekend as we had family in town for my daughter's 4th birthday. Food was great but the really impressive... thing was an employee named Lee who went above and beyond provide excellent customer service. He went waaay out of his way tocelebrate my daughter and we were so blown away by his kindness. I ordered dinner for my parents' anniversary online (per their request). When I arrived for pickup I was hung up on when I told... her my name. When I called again after waiting a minute they didn't answer (they had 6 people working and they weren'tbusy/packed). I ended up having to go inside because I was waiting for so long. The two girls behind the counter weren't verycourteous and the one that hung up on me went out of her way to avoid ever looking at me. When I finally got the food home Idiscovered my burger was only a patty on lettuce. There was no bacon (it's a Bacon Me Love you burger, after all) which wasextremely disappointing. Even more so because I already paid full price despite not getting any of the other components due tomy food intolerances. I didn't want to call at the time because my parents just wanted to eat dinner after having to wait solong and so I figured my call would probably get hung up on or ignored again. I did contact the company I ordered through aboutthe experience since they're the ones that took my money and the receipt mentioned refunds but two days later they let me knowthey have nothing to do with this. Passing through town and stumbled on this spot. It is a cool little place in a strip mall area. burgers and more, their fries... are super crispy and flavorful with plenty of sauce options. Perks: It has a bar and outdoor seating on top of it's regular menuoffering. Great beer selections, tap and cans. The staff was helpful and very polite. Checked in on us several times, we hadbetter service here than at a proper sit-down restaurant Check it out. Staff experience: Chatting with the gal who took theorder when you walk in - along for something that is not regional here (fry sauce) led to a fun conversation about where we werefrom and that she had family in a similar place.
