Asked for a large cup half coconut and half hazelnut. The employee filled the cup with 80% coconut and 20% hazelnut on top. When... I saw it and ask them to fix it the cashier started getting an attitude telling me its fine and not to complain. This is not howyou treat customers and if a mistake is made you should work to fix it not mask the problem with excuses. You guys shouldproperly train your employees how to serve ice cream with mutiple flavors in an equal balance. I would also recommend using ballscooper instead of the amateur kitchen flat spatula you guys use which makes it difficult to properly divide the ice creamequally. Just a heads up! ???? Read more
Delicious and refreshing at very low prices (3 scoops under $6), with great flavor and smooth texture, over 20 flavors (6 vegan... ones) including some rare ones like pomegranate, rose, cake batter etc. Very strongly recommend. I had the pomegranate, roseand strawberry sorbet. The rose was phenomenal and had a nice floral taste, the pomegranate was unique and had a subtle smoothflavor and strawberry sorbet was smooth and refreshing. Read more
