I always enjoy the chow mein ND teriyaki chicken. Chow mein has that nice chewy texture, and while not a whole lot of... ingredients, it is good and will satisfy you. Oh yeah, they seem to give you less lately. Must be due to inflation cuts. Thechicken teriyaki is always moist and flavorful. The rest of the items gets gummy in my opinion. Unless you get them fresh offthe wok. If it's been sitting there, skip it. Staff is efficient and gets the order done quickly. Panda Express facilities areusually clean and inviting. No issues there. Good food item choices though is limited. Still not bad if you're looking for aquick inexpensive Chinese meal. Read more
The only reason I gave it a star is because zero stars was not available. The service here is so bad I won?t be returning until... they get rid of the college/high school age children. I?ve witnessed the young asian man laugh while serving defaced food tocustomers once he did not know that I saw him, I?ve also seen him and his friend the other young man call a full grown man?ma?am? over the intercom speaker. He was not saying ?man? and the gentleman clearly sounded nothing like a woman. I?ve alsoreceived food from them and when I got home it smelled like dirty dish water, it was very un-appetizing to say the least. Greatfood, great franchise, terrible staff. Ordered Plate meal. Issues with both entrees - Angus steak and Walnut shrimp. Angus steak entree is supposed to include green... beans (according to Panda corporate website) but have seen broccoli instead. No problem with broccoli but only if it includesthe bushel - not only the stalk - which is what this store did (see pics). Gross and not appealing. It's like the store made aconscious effort to use the bushels for the Broccoli and beef entrees and used the leftover stalks for the higher priced Angussteak entree. Also, there was only ONE piece of red bell pepper and the onions were not chopped properly (see pics). Last, theorder also included Walnut shrimp entree but the KEY ingredient - WALNUT - was scarce and the store apparently chops up thewalnuts - vs keeping them WHOLE - resulting in a bad experience with this entree as well. Very bad service, register lady really mean. You have to beg for soy sauce from her. She refused to wait on me for 10 mins in... drive through. Horror said twice no wait on order mic. No service. Shrimp limp not crispy all sticky not crip. Small oneverything right on napkins and refills and size of order. Seems they want to make $ and we have no value and she had no smile,comparison or manners. Not going back too much sugar and food old. Too bad Other Pandas are good. Sometimes workers only notfamily owners members. When hired staff operating it was ok. Not going back. I would suggest going to all the other options. Read more

Closes at 9:30. We walked in at 8:47. More than half of food options were gone. 1 person in line ahead of us. Rude employees. No... one spoke to us. After the person in front of us there was mostly nothing left to choose from. Then the person working the drivethru took everything else. No more food being brought out. Bad business policies. Will NOT be back to this location. We leftand went to the Madison Avenue location. Read more
