Round Table in general is good but this store is the absolute worst. I can't count the number of times they've been late, pizza... arrived cold or some other screw up. After waiting over TWO hours for what was quoted as a 60 minute delivery, I called andthe order hadn't even been made yet! Complete nightmare. Absolutely the worst. How do you run out of dough and sauce on Saturday night. How do you let someone order and make them wait... well over an hour in side for their pizza but you have tons going out by delivery or carry out? I do thank u for the partialrefund but man what a disaster. Terrible and disappointing experience!! Ordered a large pan crust pizza for carry out, and after I arrived to pick it up, I was... told they accidentally made an original crust!! The ?manager? said she would make another one and it would only take 8 mins. Shedid not apologize nor offer any consolation. In fact, I had to ask for a discount on my $40 pizza to which she agreed andultimately gave me 15% off!! AND, it didn?t take 8 mins but rather an additional 15-20 mins. Had baby and wife waiting in thecar!! Was so frustrating!! Will not be ordering from Round Table again and will share my experience with friends and colleagues. Read more
The gluten free pizza crust was too thick with no taste. I even ordered double toppings on my Hawaiian pizza including extra... sauce which my pizza was still dry and to much dough with no taste. Quality is terrible! Never ordering from Round Table again! Read more
