The Taco Bell place was good. The cashier was pleasant. The food look like it was just thrown together and no thought into it.... It's funny tho, because the person that's wrapping the food does a good job. My feeling on this is do you wear rubber gloveswhen fixing foods together. This is honestly the worst Taco Bell. My food was terrible! And cold!!! How is that possible when you made it right then and... there????? Here?s the story: We have left the drive thru multiple times in the past because the service is so slow. I thoughtmaybe it was because it was understaffed. So I placed an order for pick up inside. I waited almost 20 mins in total for my food(including my short drive over there and then the amount of time I waited inside). Once I arrived and was waiting inside,instead of greeting me and asking if I needed help or if I was picking up, I was ignored and the staff (there was easily about 5ppl in there!) joked around, talked amongst themselves, and slowly made orders. At one point another customer came in and one ofthe employees rudely cut him off saying ?yeah yeah I see your order? ???? The ppl saying they had a great experience and thestaff is ?so cool? idk if there is a different staff during the day or something, but waiting 20 mins for a Taco Bell order thatyou placed online to avoid waiting?is just not cool to me. This is the best Taco Bell around. Their prices are lower than other Taco Bells and the ppl who work here are super friendly and... cool. They?re always busy af so I usually order ahead on Taco Bell app and go inside to pick it up. Read more
