The ?manager? as she calls herself was awful. How does she have a job serving ppl? I was here, with my children 8/31/22 around... 4:00pm. She refused to tell me her name. But she did say she was the manager. How does a place that is loved by so many ppl havesuch trash employees? The 2 don?t go hand in hand. We ended up walking away, without completing our order. She was so bad. And Iwon?t deal with kind of person when my children are watching. Walking away was my best solution. I really hope she isn?t anemployee much longer. As we won?t ever go again, as long as she is there. I get that finding good help during covid has been achallenge for many. But you really are better off under staffed, then having this monster be the face of Auntie Anne?s pretzels.Doesn?t anyone read these reviews? Pay attention to what your customers are telling you. It?s either we are ALL liars, or sheis? Huh Read more

I went a little before 6pm, waited in line for about 5 minutes, and after getting to the front was told they were out of... pretzels. I asked how long the wait would be for more and the cashier said they were completely out and wouldn't be making more. How does a pretzel place run out of pretzels? The cashier also had airpods in. The pretzels were delicious as always, the price wasn't too crazy either & didn't have a long line but the cashier/worker... wasn't very welcoming and had a attitude. Other than that it's a great snack for when you are shopping there.. Read more

Ok, I'm not sure where common courtesy has gone, but that's all I ask for when I'm paying for service. I was here yesterday... (3/16/2022) with my three wonderful kids early evening and had one of my top three most horrible experiences. One kid wanted themini pretzel dogs and two wanted a big pretzel and cheese dip each. The cashier in a very rude tone responded "all we have aremini pretzels, that'll we been having all day and we finna close soon". My kids agreed to have the mini pretzels, so I said "canwe have three fountain drinks too?" Cashier does move but stair intently at me. So, I'm thinking she didn't hear me. "Can I havethree fountain drinks please?" I asked again. In a non-courteous tone she replies "you have to be specific" at this point, I'mlike ok, "this is where we engage in a "customer- service provider" conversation should clarify things. "How about asking mewhat drinks do you want" I said. So I asked, "what are our options". Then she points to the screen above in a"can't-you-see/read" manner. At this point, I was upset, but wasn't going come down to her level by arguing with her, so my kidsand walked away from her bad energy. My kids had a way better experience at Panera bread eating sandwiches and soup. It'll takemuch convincing to return to this place in future. Read more
