We were lucky to visit Axel's on a Sunday evening. The atmosphere, warm, inviting and thoroughly relaxing. The food,... terrific...grilled asparagus and filet cooked precisely as requested. By far, The BEST part of the experience was the incrediblefriendly, welcoming, staff. Our every need was attended to without having to ask. Kathy, Shelley, and Ian were some of themost accommodating and congenial wait staff I have ever encountered. Pleasant doesn't begin to describe their demeanor. Love the patio outside, really spacious! Food has great portion and service was great too.
I had my heart set on the amazing carrot cake for my birthday. We drove 20 mins to get this slice of goodness. Come to find out... they were closed early. I ask if I could get two slices to go and they could 100% say no. Instead they said yes and I was ableto have delicious carrot cake for my birthday. The service is amazing and I would 100% recommend you go. Plus, the food isincredible. I recommend the bull bites. Read more
