I've ordered online twice from this location, in both instances the pizza took over 2 hours to arrive. I called the location to... check on the status, no answer on multiple calls. Wish I?d read the reviews. Placed a large order for a work event online in advance. 15 minutes after the delivery time had... passed, I called the store and was told they were still processing the order. 45 mins after delivery I called three times andwas hung up on. Finally got through to someone and was told the store was under maintenance and was closed. The person was rudeand argumentative. I requested to have the order cancelled, was told it was, but the charge is still in my account so will haveto dispute it. Read more

Ordered a 2 pizzas around 8pm, delivery was 30 to 35 min, by 9pm pizza has not arrived so I call pizza hut and the manager tells... me they are short on drivers, that they had to redirect my order to doordash? And that the dasher was also late, she didn't evenoffer any compensation. Anyway she tells me the dasher should be arriving in no more than 15 min, now 10pm pizza arrives and isthe same pizza that had been sitting for almost 2 hours, pizza was dry to the bone and the crust was hard as a rock also has abite mark. I ordered online, including a delivery fee/tip for driver. I was called and told delivery was over 3 hours. I instead drove to... the store for carry out with the understanding the delivery fee and tip for the driver will be removed (for obvious reasons). Iwas told my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. Approximately 30 minutes later, while at the store, the person at the registertold me my pizza would be ready "in a minute." I waited about 15 minutes before the same person apologized and told me my pizzawouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. I politely asked to cancel my order. A man came and cancelled the order and gave me areceipt. My bank account still shows a balance of $47.85. I called the store today; the manager told me he saw a balance of$42.85. I told him that was not correct and he could not explain it. I do not want to pay Pizza Hut $5 for having wasted my timeand gas. The manager kept me on hold twice and then said the refund would be $47.85. When I said "thank you," he hung up withoutsaying anything. This store really needs to get it together. I feel bad for the workers who are there trying their best,however, it's just not adequate/timely service nor is it acceptable customer service. Read more

Ordered and went to get it only to wait another 50 minutes for the wrong pizzas. Staff talking about getting arrested, how many... pizzas they screwed up . We then told him to go and make sure our pizzas were right and he said "I wasn't talking to you". Told the Door Dash guy he couldn't help him. Cussing and swearing in front of customers. So rude, wrong pizzas that wereterrible anyway and long wait. Told me I couldn't get a receipt. What? NEVER AGAIN will I go to the store at 1544 LarpenteurAve W, St Paul, MN 55108.
